Lighting Design Project Introduction
Shandong Zhongwan International Plaza is located on Jinghe Middle Road in Tengzhou City, invested and constructed by Shandong Zhongwan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., covering an area of over 33,333 square meters (more than 50 mu). After completion, it will introduce the world-renowned supermarket chain “RT-Mart” to settle in and be built into a brand-new commercial and shopping urban complex in Tengzhou.
The architectural lighting design features three scales:Urban scale: Mid-to-high-rise buildings create a visual focal point. They greatly influence the urban skyline’s formation.Street scale: The main body of mid-to-high-rise buildings is the primary medium-distance viewing surface. Lighting is arranged rhythmically with the building structure.
The technology and skills of light are integrated with the connotation of the building structure to show the lighting effect of the architectural shape. The building is elegant but not vulgar against the background of light, fully reflecting the simple and elegant, concise and lively lighting artistic conception. Through the rendering of technological light, the building expresses its keeping pace with the times. Under the gentle night, the plaza’s light will surely become a “landmark” scenic spot of the city.
